Terms of Service

Template terms for Postbridge. Please have them reviewed by legal counsel before launch.

These Terms govern your use of Postbridge (postbridge.happycoders.in), a service operated by Happycoders Private Limited (“Happy Coders”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Postbridge connects your social and website accounts and uses AI to plan, write, design, schedule and publish content that you approve. Available channels currently include Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile and WordPress. Features and availability may change.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, acting for a business.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
You must give accurate information and keep it current.

3. Connecting third-party accounts

You authorise Postbridge to access connected platforms via OAuth solely to provide the service. You must comply with each platform’s own terms. We are not responsible for changes, outages, throttling or account actions taken by those platforms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content and brand materials you provide. You grant us a limited licence to process, store and transmit that content to provide the service, including sending it to AI sub-processors to generate drafts. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload and for reviewing every post before it publishes.

5. AI-generated output

AI output may contain errors, and similar output may be generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before publication — approval is on by default, and certain content types cannot be auto-published. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose.

6. Prepaid wallet & fees

Generation is paid from a prepaid wallet balance. Each action is priced and the cost is shown before you confirm.
Prices are usage-based and may vary with length, language and image detail. We may update the price list on a forward-looking basis.
Publishing is not charged and is never blocked by a low balance; only new generation pauses.
We are a small business not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Any other applicable taxes are shown before you confirm. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for balance, refund and expiry terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service. Prohibited conduct is described in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may suspend accounts that violate it.

8. Availability & changes

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change or remove features, and may suspend the service for maintenance or security.

9. Intellectual property

The Postbridge software, brand, and templates are owned by Happy Coders. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer our IP to you.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or legal reasons. On termination, wallet balance is handled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, and our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid to us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or reputational harm from published content you approved.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Happy Coders against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms or a platform’s terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Thoothukudi / Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
