Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 2 August 2026

Template policy for Postbridge’s prepaid wallet. Unused-balance and expiry rules should be confirmed with your CA and legal counsel.

Postbridge (operated by Happycoders Private Limited) works on a prepaid wallet. You recharge a balance, and each AI action draws down against it based on actual usage. This policy explains recharges, refunds, and cancellations.

1. Recharges

2. How charges work

3. Automatic refunds to wallet

We credit your wallet back automatically when a charge is our fault, including:

Every such refund is logged as a wallet ledger entry with a reason. Charges for content that generated successfully and was delivered for your review are not refundable simply because you chose not to use it.

4. Refunds of unused balance

5. Balance expiry

Purchased balance is valid for use for the period stated at purchase (or as required by law). We will notify you before any expiry so you can use or, where eligible, request a refund of the remaining base balance.

6. Cancellation

There is no recurring subscription to cancel — you only pay when you recharge. You can stop using Postbridge or close your account at any time. On account closure, any eligible base balance is refundable per §4. Optional auto-recharge can be turned off in your wallet settings at any time.

7. Free plan

The free plan (2 posts per week) involves no payment and therefore no refund. It can be used or discontinued at any time.

8. How to request a refund

Email info@happycoders.in from your registered address with your account details and reason. We aim to acknowledge within 72 hours.
