Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of the Terms of Service for Postbridge, operated by Happycoders Private Limited. It applies to everything you do with the service and everything you publish through it.

1. You must not use Postbridge to

• Break the law, or any connected platform’s terms and community guidelines.
• Post content that is hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or promotes violence or discrimination.
• Publish false, deceptive or misleading claims — including unverifiable superlatives (“best in the world”), guaranteed results, or unsubstantiated medical, financial or legal claims.
• Infringe intellectual property, use third-party trademarks or logos without rights, or impersonate any person or brand.
• Publish spam, scams, malware, phishing, or deceptive engagement tactics.
• Upload personal data of others without a lawful basis, or content involving minors inappropriately.
• Generate sexual, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited imagery.

2. Fair use of AI generation

• Do not attempt to bypass approval controls to auto-publish restricted content types.
• Do not automate, script or hammer generation to abuse the wallet or degrade the service. Rate limits apply regardless of balance.
• Do not use the service to build a competing dataset or reverse-engineer our models, prompts or templates.

3. Security

• Do not probe, scan, or attempt to breach the service or other tenants’ data.
• Do not share access tokens or use credentials you are not authorised to use.
• Report vulnerabilities responsibly to info@happycoders.in.

4. Responsibility for published content

You review and approve content before it goes live. You are responsible for what you publish and for holding the rights and permissions for any material you upload or connect.

5. Enforcement

We may remove content, throttle generation, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice depending on severity, and may report unlawful activity to authorities.
